The Mocal Billet Oil Sandwich Plate With Sender Take Off - m20_1_5, with Thermostat is an excellent solution for remote oil devices such as oil coolers. Designed to fit between the engine and oil filter, this plate provides a convenient oil feed and return system. Its robust billet aluminium construction makes it suitable for vehicles with spin-on oil filters. The plate features a male/female centre bolt that allows it to be screwed into place, while also allowing the oil filter to be secured in position. Additionally, it comes with two 1/8" NPT ports that enable the fitment of sender units. The thermostat version has only one port. Mocal billet aluminium construction provides a robust solution for remote oil devices such as oil coolers, making it suitable for engines with screw-on oil filters. A range of adaptors is available separately to suit various plumbing options. The Mocal sandwich plate offers a range of oil filter thread types to fit different engine applications. Suitable for oil filters with a 76mm diameter, this plate can be used with various oil filters, which can be found HERE. Thermostatic versions of the sandwich plates are available, containing a wax stat that allows oil flow only when the temperature reaches 80°C. This provides faster engine warm-up times.
