Seller Fees and Payment Terms
At Compare.Parts, we aim to offer a fair and transparent fee structure for all our sellers. Below is an overview of our seller fees and payment terms:
1. Listing Fees:
- Compare.Parts does not charge a fee to list products on the marketplace. Sellers are free to list as many products as they like, subject to our product approval process.
2. Transaction Fees:
- Compare.Parts charges a 10% commission fee on all successful transactions completed through the platform.
- PayPal’s transaction fees may also apply. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and understanding PayPal’s fee structure for receiving payments.
- Fees are automatically deducted from the sale proceeds before funds are transferred to the seller’s PayPal account.
3. Payment Terms:
- Sellers are paid through PayPal. Funds from completed transactions will be transferred to the seller’s PayPal account within 1 business days of order confirmation and successful delivery (subject to the buyer’s refund window).
- Sellers are responsible for providing accurate PayPal account information. Compare.Parts is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or outdated payment details.
4. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks:
- In the event of a buyer dispute or chargeback, Compare.Parts reserves the right to hold payment until the dispute is resolved.
- Sellers who are found responsible for a chargeback may have the disputed amount deducted from future payments.
