Kirkey 24 Series Child Quarter Midget Aluminium Seat - 11 Inch, Silver

Introducing the Kirkey 24 Series Child Quarter Midget Aluminium Seat, a scaled-down version of our popular lightweight and economy seats. Designed for younger drivers, this seat's smaller dimensions make it a perfect fit for kids participating in BriSCA F2 Micro cars, Autograss, and stock cars/Ministox events. Constructed from TIG welded .100" thick 5052 grade aluminium with additional reinforcement using MIG welding on the inside for added strength, this seat offers durability without compromising on weight. The headrest is reinforced with offset aluminium extrusion to ensure optimal safety and support during high-speed manoeuvres. The ergonomic design includes multi-level shoulder harness cutouts and a submarine belt opening for easy and secure strapping. A 8-degree layback feature adds extra comfort, while the optional high-density foam padded vinyl cover provides additional cushioning for long races. For optimal installation, Kirkey recommends that this seat be mounted to the roll cage or a structural member of the frame using six bolts - four on the base and two below the shoulder strap slots. It's crucial that the seat not be attached to sliders for maximum support and safety.
