Introducing the Kirkey 24 Series Child Quarter Midget Aluminium Seat, featuring a compact design tailored for smaller drivers, particularly suitable for young car enthusiasts. This seat is manufactured with the same precision and quality as Kirkey's lightweight and economy seats, ensuring optimal performance. The seat's aluminium construction boasts a 0.100" thick 5052 grade material, providing both durability and lightness. TIG welding ensures structural integrity on the exterior, while MIG welding adds reinforcement inside for enhanced strength. Designed with safety in mind, the seat incorporates a reinforced headrest using offset aluminium extrusion, as well as multi-level shoulder harness cutouts and a submarine belt opening. This combination ensures that young drivers are securely fastened during operation. For added comfort, the seat features an 8-degree layback, while the optional high-density foam padded vinyl cover adds extra cushioning. When installing the Kirkey 24 Series Child Quarter Midget Aluminium Seat, it is recommended to securely mount it to the roll cage or a structural member of the frame. For maximum stability, the seat should be bolted in six locations: four on the base and two below the shoulder strap slots, ensuring the positions are as far apart as possible. It is essential not to mount the seat on sliders.
