Tillett B6 Seat - Size: Standard - 40cm, Side Mount, GRP Material, Black

The Tillett B6 is a space-efficient racing seat designed specifically for kit cars, sports cars, and trackday vehicles. This standard size model suits drivers up to 100kg with a waist circumference of 36 inches (91.4cm). The seat features an innovative design that moves the headrest back, preventing reduced headroom when wearing crash helmets and allows for the use of FHR/HANS devices. Its low-profile design benefits taller drivers by positioning them closer to the ground, also reducing the car's centre of gravity. This narrow seat is perfect for vehicles with limited space, featuring a twin skin design that ensures rigidity and enhances chassis feedback for improved driving precision. The ergonomic shape offers high levels of comfort, while the body-hugging shell accommodates various driver shapes and sizes. High side bolsters provide lateral support and leg impact protection. Manufactured in the UK using GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) or ultra-lightweight Carbon fibre/GRP materials, this seat boasts a sleek, streamlined profile and is suitable for most driver shapes and sizes. The shell's body-mirroring shape maximises comfort while delivering maximum feedback to the driver. The B6 seat comes with a Dinamica suede covered headrest pad as standard, while a 2-piece Dinamica trimmed pad set can be purchased separately if desired. This seat is available in two mounting options: side or base. For side mounting, specific mounts are available here. For the base mount version, the Tillett Adjustment Seat Runner Set (available here) can be bolted directly to the underside of the seat (note that runners must be spaced 1cm from the underside of the seat for clearance). Both versions offer internal dimensions suited for optimal support and comfort.
