The AIM Motorsport MXT 1.3 Strada IVA Compliant Dash Kit is a state-of-the-art universal dash display, featuring a 10" wide colour TFT screen that provides exceptional visual clarity and can be configured to display all the vital information coming from your vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU), analogue/digital inputs, pre-defined math channels, and an optional GPS Module. This kit's installation process is simple and straightforward - connecting it to your ECU requires just two cable connections, rather than multiple individual sensor connections. The package comes equipped with a standard 14 pin wiring loom as well as an additional 23 pin loom that features pre-configured connections for essential electrical components of your vehicle, including oil temperature, engine temperature, fuel level, side lights, hazards, front and rear fog lights, handbrake, main beam and dipped beam indicators, and a speed sensor. The TFT display boasts a high contrast screen with an ambient light sensor that ensures optimal brightness levels for superior visibility in varying lighting conditions. You can customise the display to show the data you need most, with pre-configured pages allowing you to monitor essential parameters such as RPM, speed, water temperature, oil pressure, lap times and more. Swapping between pages is effortless using the push buttons. The ten multi-coloured RGB shift lights are fully configurable, enabling you to set the RPM threshold for each gear according to your preferences. Likewise, the RGB alarm LEDs can be customised to respond to analogue or digital inputs, ECU values, expansion values, math channels or optional GPS data. You can choose between solid or flashing alarms with adjustable frequencies and accompanying text messages, while also setting priorities for different alarms. The MXT 1.3 Strada's CAN output allows you to send messages directly to an existing CAN network, expanding the range of vehicle control capabilities. Furthermore, a 1 amp digital output is included, enabling you to activate/deactivate external systems such as additional lights or circulation pumps based on specific conditions. This kit also includes two analog camera inputs, which can be utilised to switch the display to mirror camera mode for improved rear visibility in vehicles like the Lotus Exige where this can be an issue. You can choose from either OBDII/K-Line or CAN ECU connections depending on your preference and vehicle setup. This dash kit offers a flexible, modular system that can be expanded with additional modules such as the GPS09 Module for lap times and engine tuning data, Channel Expansion for up to 4 additional analogue channels, TC Hub for 4 K-type thermocouple temperature sensors, LCU-One Lambda Controller for wide band lambda control, or SmartyCam3 HD cameras to overlay ECU data, analogue channel information and GPS data onto video footage.
