The Radium Engineering Air/Oil Separator With Oil Return is a highly effective solution designed for engines that produce large amounts of oil vapour in their breather system. Unlike traditional oil catch tanks, this innovative system returns the excess oil back to the engine sump, providing a service-free experience. The separator tank features a heater to eliminate water vapour, ensuring contaminated oil does not re-enter the engine. The Radium Engineering air/oil separator tank includes a baffle system and a stainless steel filter that allows oil vapour to condense and drop out of suspension. This results in clean air venting back into the engine's intake system. The catch tank is designed to be free-flowing, eliminating any restrictions in the breather system. The built-in heater prevents water condensation from contaminating the oil before it returns to the engine. A connection to the vehicle's coolant system is required for the heater to operate. The tanks are machined from billet aluminium, providing ultimate durability and strength. A black anodised finish ensures long-lasting great looks with excellent corrosion resistance. The catch tanks can be dismantled for cleaning purposes, allowing easy maintenance of the filter medium and tank itself. The tank comes with a bolt-on bracket for bulkhead mounting.
