AT Power Direct To Head Throttle Body Kit - Honda K20/K24 (EP3/DC5)

This AT Power Direct To Head Throttle Body Kit is specifically designed for Honda K20/K24 engines and is compatible with EP3/DC5 models. The offset intake and curved runners enable a direct fitment, eliminating the need for intrusive engine bay modifications that other throttle body kits demand. This bolt-on solution enhances power and torque on both stock and tuned engines without requiring additional modifications. Manufactured in the UK, this kit is supplied fully assembled and ready to be mounted onto your engine. Featuring 45mm throttle bodies, it caters to diverse engine specifications with minimal requirements - just a compatible aftermarket ECU for proper fuel mapping and an air filter will suffice. A separate throttle body kit with an ECU package is available if you do not currently have a suitable ECU. The patented Shaftless Throttle Technology employed by AT Power offers improved airflow speed compared to traditional throttle bodies, which are hindered by securing screws and a central shaft. By eliminating these restrictions, the butterflies facilitate up to 10% increase in airflow, ensuring precise throttle control and part-throttle response while maximising performance. The kit includes: 2 x pre-assembled direct to head 45mm throttle bodies, curved 3D printed extension tubes (runners), billet aluminium ram pipes, a rotary throttle position sensor, and 4 x 1/8" BHP to 8mm push-on fittings for vacuum takeoff. It is important to note that this throttle body kit necessitates a suitable aftermarket ECU, wiring loom, OEM fuel rail, and a set of OEM injectors (not supplied) to complete the setup.
