The Eventuri Carbon Fibre Headlamp Race Duts For Stage 3 Intake System - Black, Carbon Fibre is a cutting-edge upgrade for your engine bay. Crafted using the latest technology and filtration developments, this carbon fibre duct set replaces traditional OE components with its robust and heat-resistant design. Application-specific direct fit OE replacement ensures easy installation, complimenting Eventuri's air intake system. By increasing direct airflow to the intake and engine hotside for track applications, this bespoke solution is designed specifically for the Audi (8V) RS3 GEN 2 / (8S) TTRS. Eventuri's patented venturi stack housing and custom intake designs ensure that airflow remains as laminar as possible at all times. Combined with bespoke high-flow filters and vehicle-pecific cold air feed/ducts, you get a fully optimised intake system that operates with the lowest inlet air temperatures possible and consistently delivers noticeable performance gains. The headlamp duct channels air directly into the filter, incorporating 2 guiding vanes to smoothly direct incoming air into the secondary connecting duct. The prepreg carbon construction provides rigidity, while the stainless steel bracket work ensures it is locked into position even at speeds over 190mph. To minimise drag, additional reliefs are incorporated on the face perpendicular to the airflow, as the car moves forward. By sealing the connecting duct to the intake, this system provides a RAM-AIR effect and acts to de-restrict the intake path while ensuring intake air temperatures are the lowest they possibly could be, using a totally sealed design. An added benefit is the additional cooling for the engine bay. As the headlamp duct replaces the duct inside the engine bay, the stock intake area behind the grill is opened up, allowing cold air to enter the engine bay and cool the inlet manifold. All Eventuri bespoke component designs are manufactured using the highest quality materials and include essential fittings where required. Designed as a stand-alone upgrade or additional component to the application-specific Eventuri air intake system for your vehicle, this carbon fibre duct set is the ultimate styling and performance upgrade. Based on their extensive tuning and aeronautics background, the engineers at Eventuri are raising the standards for intake design and development. Focused on a complete solution, each vehicle-specific intake system undergoes a barrage of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, including volumetric airflow, intake temperature and dyno testing, to ensure accurate performance figures are achieved.
