Constructed from only the finest quality components, every intake system undergoes a barrage of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, including volumetric airflow, intake temperature, and dyno testing to ensure accurate performance figures are achieved. This system uses Eventuri's patent-pending carbon fibre venturi housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo inlet tube. The filter housing comprises a high-flow filter, aluminium cowl, laser-cut bracket, and the carbon pod itself. Eventuri's ground-breaking design utilises a reverse-mounted cone filter that is decoupled from the intake pipe, giving a much smoother airflow, and eliminating the abrupt internal geometry changes found in conventional cone filter/pipe setups. Large carbon fibre turbo intake tubes with integrated MAF sensor mounts increase the volume and flow of air to the turbo, removing restrictions from the OE pipework. The final parts of the intake are the specially created sealed carbon fibre ducts which fit over the OEM ducting channels, combined with carbon fibre scoops that sit behind the front grills and direct ambient air in a continuous smooth curve from the front of the vehicle. Once the car is in motion, specially designed edge rubbers maintain a secure and sealed connection to provide an enhanced airflow, effectively forcing air into the filters and displacing any ingress of hot air from the engine bay. The OE filter and factory-fitted airbox systems create a more turbulent airflow due to the mating of a rectangular air filter/airbox system to a round turbo inlet.
