The AiM SmartyCam 3 Dual HD camera system has been specifically designed as the ultimate tool for motorsport enthusiasts, providing high-quality video recordings and comprehensive data analysis. The dual HD cameras come with three lens options: 67°, ideal for closed-roof cars, reducing unwanted black frames; 84°, perfect for open-roof and formula cars, providing a wider view of the track; and 120°, offering an even broader view of the surroundings. The kit includes 2m cables and a harness with Ethernet connection, allowing for seamless connectivity. The SmartyCam 3 Dual is capable of recording video in full 1080p HD at 60FPS (H.264 1920 x 1098 pixels), making it possible to capture every detail on the track. The system can automatically start and stop recording, eliminating the need for manual intervention. A colour 2.4 display provides real-time playback and allows for easy setup. The SmartyCam 3 Dual features real-time configurable data overlays, which can be customized to display vital information such as speed, RPM, lap number, gear shifts, and more. When connected to an AIM logger or dash logger, and using Race Studio 3, the system provides a virtually infinite variety of overlay options. TheSmartyCam 3 Dual also features Picture in Picture mode, allowing users to add their logo, track map, and other graphical objects. The SmartyCam 3 Dual's video output is equipped with an SDI interface, enabling users to stream their videos at 30 or 60 FPS straight to their pit crew, social media platforms, or online video sharing sites. The system also features a built-in Ethernet connection for seamless connectivity. Race Studio 3 software allows users to split their SmartyCam 3 Dual videos into individual laps, comparing their performance with that of others. This feature enables users to identify areas where they can improve their performance and make data-driven decisions. The SmartyCam 3 Dual's internal datalogger receives and stores all data from the CAN expansions listed below in an .mp4 file. The system can be connected through the CAN network to any AiM Logger, MX Series, MXL2, MyChron, Solo2 DL, EVO5, and ECU Bridge. Designed for extreme conditions, the SmartyCam 3 Dual is made from anodised aluminium and is fully IP65 waterproof, guaranteeing resistance against harsh weather conditions and vibrations. The Global Shutter CMOS eliminates the "wave effect" caused by engine rumble, ensuring that videos are free from distortion.
