The AiM Motorsport SmartyCam 3 Dual HD Camera System has been designed as the ultimate camera solution for Motorsport, providing unparalleled video quality and technical information to enhance your performance. This flagship model is specifically designed for Motorsport, with a single purpose: delivering exceptional videos that include all the necessary data. Featuring dual bullet cams, this system records in full 1080p HD at 60FPS (H.264) and provides an array of lens options including 2 x 84° lenses, which are ideal for open-roof and formula cars, offering a more expansive view of the track with no risk of black frames. The SmartyCam 3 Dual comes with three wiring harness/connection options: a 22-pin Deutsch female connector with Ethernet connection, a 22-pin Deutsch female connector with Ethernet connection and external microphone connection, or a 22-pin Deutsch female connector with pins for building your own specification harness. The system automatically starts and stops recording, eliminating the need to think about switching on your camera at the starting line. The SmartyCam 3 Dual features a colour 2.4" display offering immediate playback and setup assistance. Real-time configurable data overlays can be connected to an AIM logger/dash logger or GPS module using Race Studio 3, allowing you to configure your overlays in a virtually infinite variety of ways, adding your logo and the track map. The SmartyCam 3 Dual provides a comprehensive range of data overlays: speed, RPM, lap number, gear shifts, and much more. Data can be read from multiple sources, including GPS, AIM logger/dash logger connected to your ECU, and additional sensors connected to your AIM logger/dash logger. The video output features an SDI interface with 'Picture in Picture' effect, allowing you to stream your video at 30 or 60 FPS directly to your pit crew, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms. The SmartyCam 3 Dual also includes a built-in Ethernet connection for seamless video analysis. With Race Studio 3 software (free to download and use), you can split your video into individual videos of each lap, comparing your best lap with your instructor's personal best or friends'. The full internal datalogger receives and stores data from any CAN expansions listed in the bullet point below, allowing for deep data analysis. The SmartyCam 3 Dual is designed for extreme conditions, guaranteeing great resistance against the extreme working conditions typical of racing and adverse weather conditions. Its anodised aluminium construction and IP65 waterproof rating ensure that it can withstand harsh Motorsport environments. With no "Wave Effect" due to its Global Shutter CMOS, you'll never experience again the seasick wave effect when watching videos recorded by a generic camera. The SmartyCam 3 Dual is designed for harsh Motorsport environments and vibrations, providing a smooth video recording experience.
