The AiM SmartyCam 3 Dual HD camera system has been designed as the ultimate Motorsport camera, providing high-quality videos and capturing all the information you need to improve your performance. This flagship version of the SmartyCam 3 range is designed specifically for Motorsport, with a single purpose: to provide great videos that include all the necessary information. The dual camera system records in full 1080p HD at 60FPS (H.264 1920 x 1080 pixels) and can include all the technical information you need to enhance your performance. The cameras come with three lens versions: a 67-degree lens, ideal for closed-roof cars, reducing unpleasant black frames; an 84-degree lens, perfect for open-roof and formula cars, providing a wider view of the track; and a 120-degree lens, offering an even wider view of the surroundings. The system includes three wiring harness/connection options: a harness with a 22-pin Deutsch female connector with Ethernet connection; a harness with a 22-pin Deutsch female connector with Ethernet connection and external microphone connection; and a 22-pin Deutsch female connector for building your own specification harness. The intelligent settings allow the camera to automatically start and stop recording, eliminating the need to worry about turning the camera on at the starting line. The SmartyCam3 features real-time configurable data overlays when connected to an AIM logger/dash logger or GPS module, using Race Studio 3. This allows you to configure your overlays in a virtually infinite variety of ways, adding your logo and track map, choosing graphical objects from pre-determined sets, and even adding the second camera video in Picture-in-Picture mode. The SmartyCam 3 Dual features a video output with SDI interface, allowing you to overlay your videos with the 'Picture in-Picture' effect. You can stream your video at 30 or 60 FPS straight to your pit crew, or even Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms, thanks to its built-in Ethernet connection. The SmartyCam 3 Dual comes with a full internal datalogger, receiving and storing all data from any CAN expansions in an .mp4 file. This allows you to analyze the data at the end of your test, providing valuable insights into your performance. The system can be connected through the CAN network to any AiM Logger, MX Series, MXL2, MyChron, Solo2 DL, EVO5, and ECU Bridge. Its design makes it perfect for Motorsport, guaranteeing great resistance against extreme working conditions and adverse weather conditions. The anodised aluminium construction and IP65 waterproof design ensure that SmartyCam 3 Dual is fully resistant to the harsh environments of Motorsport. The SmartyCam 3 Dual is designed to eliminate the "Wave Effect" with Global Shutter CMOS, providing a smooth video recording experience even in extreme conditions.
