The Hyper P1 Ascent from Gomez Sim Industries is a high-performance steering wheel designed to meet the demands of sim racing enthusiasts. This premium product features a single piece of CNC 6061 billet aluminium with 12 backlit buttons, providing a magnificent 500 gram force accusation for a satisfying tactile click. The full colour, high resolution screen with RPM LED's boasts 14 across and 3 on each side for ABS and other functions. The LED's can be fully customisable, and the screen display provides all the important race data compatible with popular sim software. This steering wheel features 12 momentary LED backlit push buttons (500 gram force), a high-resolution LCD touch screen, three seven-way funky switches, integrated thumb rotary encoders, and front-facing rotaries. The full carbon one-piece construction is over-moulded with silicone handles for an incredibly strong grip, providing precise feedback. The face plate is made from pure carbon fibre, and unlike most wheels, the open-bottom silicone handles are overmoulded directly to the aluminium back body rather than the carbon front plate. This provides an incredibly strong grip, allowing for precise feedback. The plate houses many different controls, including 12 momentary LED backlit push buttons, three seven-way funky switches, and five front rotary encoders with five-way functionality. The aluminium magnetic shift paddles provide a crisp and tactile feedback for gear changes. The billet aluminium construction coupled with ultra-reliable Omron switches ensures long and trouble-free operation. This steering wheel is available with four (dual clutch) or six paddles (additional top paddles), with these being available in aluminium or carbon fibre. The four-paddle option includes gear shifters and clutch paddles, while the six-paddle option has an extra two additional paddles behind the wheel at the top and above the shifters, which can be used to navigate through menus while on track. The Hyper P1 is compatible with Simucube, Simagic, Accuforce (via Accuforce QR), Fanatec DD bases (via Fanatec Podium hub), and includes GSI Spec 3 Coiled cable.
