The OMP lightweight quick release steering wheel boss is designed to provide a swift and precise location point for paddle shift systems without the need of a conventional splined version. This innovative solution makes it simpler and faster to attach the steering wheel in position, ensuring a seamless driving experience. The OMP lightweight quick release bosses are specifically designed for paddle shift systems and come with the option to run wiring through the centre. The bolt on fitment features a 6 x 70mm PCD, allowing for direct bolting to vehicle specific bosses from renowned brands like OMP, Momo, Sparco, and others. The standard type boasts an 11 pin connector, enabling electronics to be run through it via a specific connector. However, the butterfly type does not have electrical connectors but instead allows wiring to be run through the centre. Both types are available in dual fitments of 3x50.8mm PCD and 6x70mm PCD. The OMP quick release bosses cater for both bolt on and weld on fitments, providing a high level of adaptability to accommodate various steering wheel sizes. The bolt on fitment has a 6 x 70mm PCD that securely bolts onto vehicle specific bosses from popular brands like OMP, Momo, Sparco, and others. These lightweight aluminium quick release bosses offer a convenient solution for car enthusiasts seeking a superior driving experience.
