OMP Lightweight Quick Release Steering Wheel Boss - Fitment: Standard Weld On, No Electrical Connector

The OMP Lightweight Quick Release Steering Wheel Boss offers a precise location point for quick and easy installation of the steering wheel. Unlike conventional splined versions, these aluminium quick release bosses provide a faster and more convenient way to attach the steering wheel in position. They are specifically designed to work with paddle shift systems and allow wiring to be run through the centre. The standard type of OMP Lightweight Quick Release Steering Wheel Boss comes with a circular hand grip release, which provides clearance for paddle shifters. This model is available with an 11-pin connector that allows electronics to be run through it. The butterfly type, on the other hand, does not have electrical connectors but still allows wiring to be run through the centre. These quick release bosses are designed to fit both 3 and 6 hole steering wheels and come in dual fitment - 3x50.8mm PCD and 6x70mm PCD. They can be fitted with a bolt-on or weld-on configuration, providing a secure and convenient attachment method. The bolt-on fitment has a 6 x 70mm PCD, which allows it to bolt directly onto vehicle-specific bosses from OMP, Momo, Sparco, and others. The OMP Lightweight Quick Release Steering Wheel Boss is available in standard and butterfly configurations, offering a range of options for car enthusiasts. Its lightweight design and precise location point make it an ideal choice for those who want to achieve quick and easy installation of their steering wheel.
