The Speciality Fasteners Schnorr Safety Washers - M10 are designed to provide enhanced safety and security when used with screws and bolts. The serrated disc spring washer has a trapezoidal cross-section, ensuring that its internal diameter matches the thread diameter of the screw or bolt, while its outer diameter is matched to the head diameter of pan-head and hexagon socket head cap screws/bolts.

As a result, these safety washers can be used with practically any type of screw or bolt, including those with recessed heads. The ingenious design combines the advantages of security through friction and mechanical locking. This ensures that the washer provides high resistance to vibration due to positive locking of the serrations.
