The AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Nozzle & Multi-Input Controller Kit Without Tank is an exceptional upgrade or replacement solution for the main delivery components of a Water/Methanol system. Designed to accommodate high compression naturally aspirated and forced induction turbo/supercharger applications, this kit enables you to increase boost pressure, enhance combustion efficiency, and lower engine inlet air temperatures. This leads to suppressed detonation, reduced carbon deposits from an EGR system, and increased engine power by up to 20%. This controller is equipped with advanced V3 injectors that utilise Swirl Generator Technology for superior cooling and atomization. It ensures faster inlet temperature cooling while using less fluid compared to previous models. The kit includes three interchangeable nozzles - 250cc, 500cc, and 1000cc - to cater to different horsepower levels. The Multi-Input controller is progressive in nature, allowing fluid injection proportional to the reference signal detected from 0-5V voltage or frequency inputs, such as MAP, IDC, MAF, or a 0-5V voltage-based MAF. The housing features a dip-switch selector bank for easy configuration of input types and settings. This kit is suitable for petrol engines above 35 PSI boost and diesel engines above 40 PSI boost, boasting robust construction with large, turn-resistant knobs, larger numbering for accurate point setting, a covered status LED and test buttons, rear integrated positive-lock socket/connector system, and easy access moulded mounting tabs. The kit does not include a fluid tank, enabling users to upgrade existing systems or install custom fluid storage solutions while taking full advantage of AEM Electronics' advanced Water/Methanol injection nozzles and controller features. The installation process allows for the adjustment of water/methanol mixture via innovative V3 injectors, which can result in significant horsepower gains. The 200 PSI pump is waterproof and suitable for mounting in exposed locations, providing quiet, smooth operation with integral hose fittings, EPDM seals, and a Santoprene diaphragm for consistent and reliable fluid delivery. It does not cycle on and off, offering long-term durability. The kit includes an integrated Boost Safe error-monitoring system that detects voltage-related errors, triggering a ground signal for defining failsafe strategies such as warning lights or advanced tactics like pulling boost, ignition, or switching fuel maps on standalone engine management systems. It also features a conductive low-fluid switch to put the engine in safe mode before it runs dry, ensuring added safety and reliability. The kit includes: terminated harness with positive lock connector, power and ground wires for optional on/off solenoid, Boost Safe readiness failsafe system, machined billet injector with integral check valves, three interchangeable injector nozzles (250cc/min, 500 cc/min & 1,000cc/min), recirculation-style pump with integral fittings for quiet operation, LED dash light for system status and low fluid warning, and 20 ft. of high-pressure Nylon injection tubing.
