AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Injection Nozzle & Swirl Generator Kit

The AEM Electronics V3 Water/Methanol Injector (WMI) & Swirl Generator Kit is the latest addition to our collection of water/methanol accessories, offering improved performance over its predecessor. It has been redesigned for enhanced cooling capabilities while using less fluid. This kit includes three interchangeable injector nozzles to accommodate a wide range of horsepower levels and features an advanced injector design with a single point retaining clip for ease of maintenance. AEM's Water/Methanol injection systems cater to various applications in both petrol and diesel high-performance forced induction and naturally aspirated engines. These systems provide significant benefits, such as reducing air inlet charge temperatures by up to 100 degrees in some cases, increasing your vehicle's anti-knock index, enabling reliable boost pressure increases and advanced ignition timing without relying on high octane racing fuels, and the "steam-cleaning" effect of burning a water/methanol mix reduces carbon deposit build-up. The innovative injector design employs swirl generator technology to improve atomisation for faster inlet temperature cooling, using less fluid to maintain inlet air cooling performance, resulting in increased run times from a single tank fill and reduced fill time and overall running costs. In real-world testing, the V3 achieved equivalent cooling temperatures to the V2 injector but 6.5 seconds faster, and when compared to a larger V2 injector, it achieved equivalent cooling temperatures and speed while using significantly less fluid (almost 44% reduction). This translates to potential improvements in track times or fast-road manoeuvring for drivers. The kit includes a machined injector, interchangeable swirl generators for 250cc, 500cc, & 1000cc of flow, T fitting and hose. Please note that run-time between tank fills is variable depending on the specific installation/application and water/methanol supply tank size, engine horsepower, and swirl-generator/flow requirements.
