Introducing the AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Multi-Input Controller Kit - a robust solution for managing your water/methanol injection system. This controller kit can be used as a replacement or an upgrade, depending on your intake air pressure/air flow sensing requirements and the horsepower/boost level of your vehicle's specific application. Crafted with durable materials for long-lasting performance, the AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Controller Kit is suitable for both forced induction and naturally aspirated vehicles. With air pressure or airflow sensing controller options available, you can choose the one that best suits your needs. The kit comes with a wiring harness equipped with a positive-lock connector and colour-coded wires for hassle-free installation. It also features an integrated pump ground circuit and an additional wire for optional on/off fluid solenoid control. This versatile controller is designed to offer boost-dependent and multi-input progressive control options. With the boost-dependent controller, fluid injection is proportional to the amount of boost detected by the internal mass air pressure (MAP) sensor. The multi-input controller, on the other hand, allows for external MAP/MAF (mass air flow) sensors to be connected for custom and ultra-high-boost applications. Equipped with a "Boost Safe" failsafe output, this controller ensures complete failsafe under all conditions. For more advanced failsafe strategies, you may opt to combine it with AEM's Water/Methanol Failsafe Device (sold separately). AEM's Water/Methanol injection systems deliver several benefits for high-performance engines, including reduced air inlet charge temperatures, increased anti-knock index, reliable boost pressure increases and advanced ignition timing without the need for high octane racing fuels. They also promote reduced carbon deposit build-up in your engine and potentially improve fuel economy. Available in two formats - boost dependent and multi-input - these controllers are suitable for a range of applications, from petrol to diesel engines, both forced induction and naturally aspirated. Featuring large, turn-resistant knobs, larger numbering, covered status LEDs, and test buttons, they offer easy and splash-resistant operation. The controller's redesigned wiring harness includes a positive-lock socket/connector system for secure installation, and an integrated fuse for added safety. Additionally, the kit comes with moulded mounting tabs for easy integration into your vehicle's existing setup. By incorporating AEM's exclusive "Boost Safe" feature, this controller ensures system reliability by monitoring the entire injection process and triggering a failsafe output if necessary. This results in improved engine performance and longevity. With two different controller options available - standard for forced induction petrol vehicles up to 35 PSI and HD for forced induction diesel engines up to 40 PSI - you can find the perfect solution for your specific requirements. For applications exceeding these boost ranges, the multi-input controller is suitable for both petrol (above 35 PSI) and diesel (above 40 PSI) engines. Includes: Controller and colour-coded wiring harness Please note that run-time between tank fills depends on your installation/application and will vary depending on water/methanol supply tank size, engine horsepower and swirl-generator/flow requirements.
