The AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Nozzle & Standard Controller Kit Without Tank, designed for use in forced-induction petrol engines with a maximum boost of 35PSI, offers a performance upgrade or replacement solution for your engine's water/methanol delivery system. By using this kit, you can enhance combustion efficiency, reduce engine inlet air temperatures and suppress detonation while also increasing power output by up to 20%. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary wiring and plumbing lines. The controller features a Boost Dependent progressive design that injects fluid according to the boost detected by the internal MAP sensor, allowing for more boost to result in more fluid injection. Its robust construction boasts large, turn-resistant knobs, larger numbering, covered status LEDs, and test buttons for added splash resistance. The controller housing features a moulded-in barbed nipple for easy attachment of a boost hose and a wiring legend on the backside for straightforward installation. The kit is supplied without a fluid tank to enable upgrades or customisation with an existing system while still taking advantage of AEM Electronics' advanced Water/Methanol injection nozzles and controller technology. The innovative V3 injectors, an improvement over their previous V2 design, deliver superior cooling through Swirl Generator Technology. They can be easily adjusted to control the amount of water/methanol mixture fed into the inlet stream via three interchangeable nozzles (250cc, 500cc, and 1000cc) for optimal performance. The waterproof, 200 PSI pump ensures quiet operation while providing consistent and reliable fluid delivery through integral hose fittings and a Santoprene diaphragm. The Boost Safe error-monitoring system included in the kit monitors the entire injection system and triggers a ground signal if it detects voltage-related errors, enabling users to define their failsafe strategy. The pump includes an integrated conductive low-fluid switch that can put your engine into safe mode before running dry, ensuring engine protection. This kit also comes with a terminated harness featuring positive lock connectors, power and ground wires for optional on/off solenoid usage, as well as 20 ft. of high-pressure Nylon injection tubing, an LED dash light for system status and low fluid warning, and three interchangeable injector nozzles for various horsepower levels (250cc/min, 500 cc/min & 1,000cc/min). With the AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Injection System's advanced features, you can enjoy better power and enhanced performance while protecting your engine from pre-ignition and harmful deposits.
