This results in an increased power output of up to 20%. The HD Controller is designed specifically for use with engines that have a maximum boost range of 5-40 PSI, making it suitable for HD and turbo diesel trucks and SUVs. The controller features a Boost Dependent progressive type design, which means that fluid injection is proportional to the amount of boost detected by the internal Mass Air Pressure (MAP) sensor. This allows for precise control over the water/methanol mixture, resulting in better power output and engine protection. The comprehensive kit includes all necessary wiring and plumbing components for easy installation. The controller housing has a moulded-in barbed nipple to accept a boost hose and features a wiring legend on the back for ease of use. It also comes with a fluid level sensor that alerts when the tank is running low or if there is an error. The innovative V3 injectors included in the kit offer improved atomization, faster inlet temp cooling, and use less fluid to maintain inlet air cooling compared to previous V2 designs.
