The AEM Electronics Stainless Steel Absolute Pressure (PSIa) Sensor Kit is a high-performance product designed to provide accurate and rapid monitoring of pressure referenced against absolute zero pressure. This kit is available in a variety of working pressure ranges, making it an ideal choice for applications that require precise feedback of positive and negative (vacuum) pressure. The stainless steel sensors are accurate to within 1% of full scale, providing high-quality sealed sensor housings that are virtually impervious to automotive fluids. The connector and pins included with the kit ensure easy integration into your system. AEM's Absolute pressure (PSIa) sensors accurately measure pressure referenced against absolute zero. This means that the sensor will read 14.7 PSI when exposed to atmospheric pressure at sea level, but it can be recalibrated to read zero at atmospheric and a negative number at values less than atmospheric pressure. The stainless steel sensors offer greater accuracy and faster response to pressure changes compared to their equivalent brass body sensors. They are ideal for ECU data feeds or calibration type applications, such as ECU MAP sensor information.
