The Sabelt GT Pro X-Large, Black carbon fibre seat is a high-performance racing seat designed for motorsport enthusiasts. Its lightweight yet robust carbon fibre shell meets the stringent FIA 8862-2009 safety requirements, providing exceptional protection during intense driving conditions. The carbon fibre shell construction includes an integral wraparound head protector, which minimises the risk of neck injuries and deep side bolsters that offer superior lateral support for optimal seat-to-driver contact. The deep side bolsters also keep occupants' legs inside the seat structure for enhanced impact protection during racing events. Customisation options are available with different thickness seat pads (sold separately) to ensure a more personalised and comfortable fit. Additionally, rear ventilation holes enable the installation of a cooling system to maintain a pleasant driving environment. The Sabelt GT Pro seat is designed not only for safety but also for comfort. Deep side bolsters provide excellent lateral support while preventing excessive movement during cornering. Integrated head support minimises neck injuries by reducing lateral head movement in the event of an accident. Shoulder supports further enhance upper body support, reducing unwanted lateral movement. The seat's removable pads are constructed from high-density foam that absorbs vibrations and shocks, improving comfort and reducing driver fatigue over long periods of use. The Sabelt GT Pro is compatible with all types of FHR devices, including hybrid models. It features six harness slots, enabling its use with various motorsport harnesses for customised safety configurations. For FIA homologation compliance, the seat must be used in conjunction with specific side mounts. The appropriate side mounts can be found on our website. The Sabelt GT Pro carbon fibre seat boasts a 10-year FIA homologation for ongoing reliability and safety assurance.
