The Alpinestars Bionic Rib Support is a state-of-the-art, ergonomically designed rib protection system specifically tailored for karters. Featuring a slimline and lightweight design, the main body of this protection boasts a multi-layered construction, ensuring optimal shock absorption while keeping weight to a minimum. The soft poly lining ensures a comfortable fit and feel against the body. This high-performance rib support has been engineered to absorb impacts and vibrations effectively, vastly reducing the risk of injury in the event of a crash. The dual density laminated padding includes 3mm high-density padding in direct contact with the body for enhanced comfort, while 4mm EVA foam provides effective impact protection and minimises vibration. The fibreglass core efficiently disperses energy away from the impact point, offering additional safety. An advanced poly fabric outer material shields against abrasions to safeguard the rider's rib cage. The Alpinestars Bionic Rib Support offers customisable comfort with fully adjustable straps. The elasticated front strap features a snap closure for easy fitting, while adjustable shoulder straps provide further precision in finding the perfect fit. Additionally, rear Velcro adjusters help fine-tune size adjustments for an optimal fit. The perforated padding at the rear offers extra support and breathability, contributing to overall comfort and reducing perspiration levels. This product is available in three sizes: Youth (22"-32" chest; 56-82cm), Adult S-L (32"-41" chest; 81-104cm), and Adult XL-XXXL (42"-49" chest; 105-124cm).
