The sensors are available in multiple pressure ratings, ensuring their compatibility for use with a wide range of applications. The sensors boast a remote mounting design and come equipped with plugs and pins for simplified wiring connections. For optimal performance and accuracy, it is essential to install the sensor in an area where it experiences ambient air temperature. This allows the sensor to accurately measure the manifold absolute pressure (MAP). The MAP sensors can accommodate pressures up to 5 Bar (58 Psi), making them suitable for high-performance vehicles with significant boost levels. Each sensor features a rugged, compact aluminium casing that protects it from harsh conditions and wear. Key specifications include: - Pressure ratings from 1.15 Bar to 5 Bar (2 Psi up to 58 Psi) - Remote mounted design with plugs and pins for ease of installation - Suitable for use with both N/A engines and forced induction systems - 4mm bore push-on pressure hose connection (all sensors except the 5 Bar sensor) - Deutsch DTM connector (3 pin, all sensors except the 5 Bar sensor) - 1/8" NPT male fitting with a 3 pin Delphi plug (5 Bar sensor) - Robust aluminium casing For applications requiring pressures up to 5 Bar, this range of MAP sensors is an ideal choice.
