Haltech Nexus R5 VCU - ECU With Basic Harness

Introducing the Haltech Nexus R5 VCU, a cutting-edge flagship product that combines the functionalities of a Power Distribution Module (PDM), dual channel wideband controller, data logger, and state-of-the-art engine management system in one powerful unit. The Nexus R5 boasts an impressive list of features, making it the ideal system for drag or circuit race cars.

With 18 injector drivers and 12 ignition drivers, the Nexus R5 is suitable for most engine configurations. Its 58 outputs and 40 inputs provide ultimate flexibility, allowing you to customize your system according to your needs. The device features WiFi communication, combining power management, data logging, and fully mappable engine management in one unit.

The Nexus R5 offers a wide range of race functions, including up to six stages of nitrous control, launch control, traction control, advanced water injection control, trans brake control, and bump/creep for staging. Additionally, the device features an in-built accelerometer and digital oscilloscope.

For data analysis, the Nexus R5 provides laptop and on-board data logging with up to 300 channels per log. The device is available as a standalone unit or with different wiring options:

• ECU With Plug & Pin Set: Includes a plug to fit the ECU socket and pins to allow for wire connection, ideal for when a bespoke wiring loom is being produced.
• ECU With Premium Harness: Includes a 2.5m long wiring harness with an ECU-specific plug on one end and un-terminated wiring on the other end. The wires are colour-coded and labelled for ease of installation, and a comprehensive wiring diagram is included.
