The Haltech Elite 1500 ECU is an incredibly powerful and versatile engine control unit (ECU) designed for high-performance EFI engines with up to 12 cylinders or 2 rotor engines, including those with forced induction, drive-by-wire throttle control, and variable intake and exhaust cam timing. This ECU offers limitless tuning options and boasts a multitude of features, including anti-lag, launch control, traction control, multi-level engine protection, and an extensive list of race functions. The Elite 1500 also features an internal 40-channel data logger with 2MB of memory, allowing for precise monitoring and logging of engine performance. The ECU offers dual CAN Bus communication for seamless integration with Haltech dash systems and expansion devices, as well as supported OEM CAN and OBDII protocols for viewing live engine data and setting/clearing diagnostic codes. This ECU is designed to cater to a wide range of applications, offering limitless tuning flexibility through the use of 4D tuning tables with 3D per cylinder compensations and multiple user corrections.
