The Rotrex C15 centrifugal supercharger is a bolt-on solution designed to enhance engine performance, providing a seamless blend of power and reliability. Unlike turbochargers, these Rotrex superchargers are driven from the engine crankshaft, resulting in a more linear and predictable power curve. The C15 range is tailored for engines up to 2000cc, delivering power outputs from 30 Bhp to over 200 Bhp. With its compact design, the Rotrex C15 centrifugal supercharger is ideal for engine bays with limited space. It boosts power and torque throughout the rev range, providing an unsurpassed power-to-size ratio compared to other supercharger manufacturers. The self-contained oil supply system eliminates the need to modify the existing engine oil system. The patented planetary traction drive system used in Rotrex centrifugal superchargers harnesses power from the engine crankshaft to spin the compressor wheel up to 20,105 Rpm. This creates higher boost at lower RPM, resulting in massive improvements in acceleration. The system ensures vibration-free, quiet, and reliable operation. For easier fitment, the Rotrex C15 supercharger features a self-contained lubrication system, complete with a dual-action oil pump, filter, hose, and specially developed traction fluid. A separate oil cooler with -6 JIC male fittings is required to complete the system, and suitable options can be found HERE. The compressor housing can be rotated in 60-degree increments for optimal outlet orientation. The Rotrex C15 superchargers are available in three different models to suit varying power outputs, each offering several pulley size options that determine the supercharger speed.
