Tillett B6 Seat - XL - 43cm, Base Mount, Carbon/GRP, Black

The Tillett B6 XL is a narrow, driver-focused seat designed with kit cars, sports cars, and trackday vehicles in mind. Its elongated design caters to taller drivers and accommodates those up to 130kg with a 40" (102cm) waist, making it an ideal choice for many automotive enthusiasts. The seat's innovative design includes repositioned headrests to prevent helmet interference and shoulder belt holes that support FHR / HANS devices. Its lightweight GRP or ultra-lightweight carbon fibre/GRP shell options provide both durability and a low centre of gravity for improved handling. The body-hugging shell mirrors the contours of the chassis, offering unparalleled comfort and delivering maximum feedback to the driver. Despite its compact dimensions, the B6 is surprisingly accommodating, with high side bolsters that offer excellent lateral support and impact protection for the legs. Its ergonomic shape ensures comfort even without padding, while enlarged hip holes facilitate easier access for wider lap belts. The seat's twin-skin design maintains its rigidity and maximises chassis feedback, ensuring a responsive driving experience. The outer edge of the composite shell can be removed or left in place to fit either 40cm or larger tubs, with the internal dimensions remaining consistent between the two options. The Tillett B6 XL comes standard with a Dinamica suede covered headrest pad and offers the option to purchase a 2-piece Dinamica trimmed pad set separately if desired. For installation, it provides both base and side mounting points, with specific mounts available for the side option (available HERE). For the base mount version, the Tillett Adjustment Seat Runner Set (available separately) can be bolted directly to the seat's underside (please note that the runners must be spaced 1cm from the underside of the seat for clearance).
