Wolverine Heaters Engine Oil Pre Heater - 2.75 X 6.75 Inch (250W), 230v

1. Wire the cable to a suitable plug (see wiring information below)
2. Mark the area where the pad is to be fitted
3. Clean the area by removing any paint, grease, oil or other contaminants using acetone or brake cleaner
4. Remove the backing from the pad and apply it to the cleaned area, ensuring removal of any air pockets using the supplied application tool
5. Plug in the heater for 3-5 minutes to warm it up
6. Seal the edges of the pad using the supplied silicone sealer and allow the sealant to fully cure before operating the heater

The heaters are supplied with bare wire ends and require wiring. The 12v DC, 24v DC, and 230v/240v options have different wiring requirements:

• For 12v DC and 24v DC, there are two wires and no polarity sensitivity
• The 230v/240v option requires a 13amp plug (not included)
• For wiring purposes, the centre wire (green/yellow) is wired to earth pin, and the other two wires are to live and neutral (it doesn't matter which way round they are wired)
