Wire the cable to a suitable plug (refer to wiring information below)

Mark the area where the pad is to be fitted. Ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the full area of the pad.

Clean the area by removing any paint, grease, oil or other contaminants. Use a residue-free cleaner like acetone or brake cleaner.

Remove the backing from the pad and apply the heater pad to the cleaned area, using the supplied application tool to remove any air pockets.

Plug in the heater for 3-5 minutes to warm it up, followed by a 5-10 second pause. Smooth over the edges of the pad to remove any remaining air bubbles.

Seal the edges of the pad using the supplied silicone sealer and allow the sealant to fully cure before operating the heater.
