Tilton 850 Series Floor Mount 3 Pedal Assembly With Slider System

The Tilton 850 Series Floor Mount 3 Pedal Assembly with Slider System is a cutting-edge solution designed to meet FIA fixed seat regulations while accommodating different drivers. This premium pedal assembly, featuring underfoot cylinders and a slider system, offers 14 adjustable positions with a total adjustment range of 7" (178mm). The slider can be remotely unlocked or locked into position using the supplied T pull handle. This assembly includes three pedals: brake, clutch, and throttle. It's designed to meet FIA regulations but still provides customizable settings for individual drivers. Adjustable pedal ratio ranges from 4.8:1 to 6:6:1, enabling drivers to fine-tune their pedal alignment without changing cylinder sizes. The high efficiency balance bar minimises horizontal movement, significantly reducing friction for smoother operation and increased durability. This assembly is built using lightweight, forged pedals that offer exceptional strength and rigidity, while wave washers on the pivots prevent lateral movement. The pedals' oil impregnated bearings ensure smooth operation with a long service life. This Tilton product boasts enhanced performance by combining the high-performance features of the 900 series pedal assemblies with the cost-effectiveness of the 600 series pedal assemblies. The larger (7/16") balance bar limits flex and provides a solid, responsive feel. It also utilises high efficiency spherical bearings and PTFE coated clevises to increase durability and minimise friction. Please note that master cylinders are not included in this package, but they are available separately. The assembly is compatible with Tilton 78 or 79 series master cylinders for the brake pedal and 78 series cylinders for the clutch pedal.
