The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet has been specifically designed for racing drivers who require a radio communication system within a closed cockpit environment. It incorporates the cutting-edge technology found in the state-of-art HP7 advanced helmet. The ultra-lightweight and super strong carbon fibre shell boasts a wide visor aperture, providing an increased field of vision, and ventilation slots that can be connected to various external cooling systems if required. The helmet's integrated radio communication system features a ZeroNoise noise-cancelling microphone, which is integral to the chin bar, along with a coiled cable and heavy-duty in-moulded male nexus connector. The RCA connector is compatible with in-ear speaker systems such as ZeroNoise or other brands. In-ear speakers are available for purchase separately. For extra noise reduction, ear cups can be purchased separately. For a small additional cost, you can customise the helmet's interior too. The standard off-the-shelf helmets come with a grey interior colour, but optional colours include White, Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Tan, Pink, Orange, and Neon Yellow. Please note that all helmets ordered with a customized interior lining colour are taken as special orders only and are non-returnable. A 100%, non-refundable deposit will be taken at the point of order, and an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks is expected for all customized helmets. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet comes with a clear visor featuring anti-fog treatment for excellent visibility in all conditions without fogging. It also includes a premium fleece-lined helmet bag to protect the helmet when not in use. Factory-installed FHR/HANS posts are supplied as original equipment, and the helmet is FIA 8860-2018 approved. It's worth noting that this helmet range includes a 61+ size, which is 0.5cm larger than a size 61.
