The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet has been specifically designed for racers in closed cockpit environments who require radio communication systems. Drawing inspiration from the state-of-the-art HP7 advanced helmet, this carbon fibre shell boasts an ultra-lightweight and super strong construction. The wide visor aperture ensures a broad field of vision, while the ventilation slots can be connected to various external cooling systems if needed. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon features a fully integrated radio communication system, which includes a ZeroNoise noise-cancelling microphone integral to the chin bar, a coiled cable with a heavy-duty in-moulded male nexus connector, and an RCA connector compatible with in-ear speaker systems like ZeroNoise or other brands. Additionally, ear cups are available for purchase separately if extra noise reduction is required. This helmet's multi-density liner provides maximum energy absorption and impact performance. The side or top ports can be purchased separately for connection to air vents or external cooling systems. The extraction vents maximise cooling and airflow through the helmet, ensuring optimal performance in high-stress situations. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon comes factory-fitted with FHR/HANS posts as original equipment. Additionally, a premium fleece-lined helmet bag is provided to protect the helmet when not in use. For an additional cost, you can customise your helmet interior with a choice of lining colours. Standard off-the-shelf helmets come with a grey interior colour; however, optional colours include White, Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Tan, Pink, Orange, and Neon Yellow. Please note that all helmets ordered with a customised interior lining colour are taken as special orders only and are non-returnable. A 100%, non-refundable deposit will be taken at the point of order, and an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks should be allowed for. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet is supplied with a clear visor featuring anti-fog treatment for excellent visibility in all conditions without fogging. Furthermore, it meets FIA 8860-2018 approval standards. Regarding sizing, this helmet range includes a 61+ size, which is 0.5cm larger than a size 61. The grey colour offered as standard is available alongside optional colours, making the Bell HP6 RD Carbon an excellent choice for racers in closed cockpit environments.
