The Bell HP6 RD Carbon Helmet has been specifically designed for racing drivers who require advanced communication systems within a closed cockpit environment. Drawing inspiration from the state-of-the-art HP7 helmet, this high-performance helmet boasts an ultra-lightweight and super strong carbon fibre shell featuring a wide visor aperture that provides an increased field of vision. Additionally, ventilation slots can be connected to various external cooling systems for enhanced performance. The integrated radio communication system is comprised of a ZeroNoise noise-cancelling microphone integral to the chin bar, a coiled cable with a heavy-duty in-moulded male nexus connector, and an RCA connector compatible with in-ear speaker systems such as ZeroNoise or other brands. In-ear speakers are available for purchase separately. If additional noise reduction is required, ear cups can be purchased separately. The helmet also features a multi-density liner that provides maximum energy absorption and impact performance. Side or top ports can be purchased separately for connection to air vents or external cooling systems, while extraction vents maximize cooling and airflow through the helmet. Factory-fitted FHR/HANS posts are supplied as original equipment. This premium helmet is supplied with a clear visor featuring anti-fog treatment for excellent visibility in all conditions without fogging. A premium fleece-lined helmet bag is also included to protect the helmet when not in use. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet meets the FIA 8860-2018 approval standard. It's worth noting that this helmet range includes a 61+ size, which is 0.5cm larger than a size 61. For customised interior lining colours, an additional deposit will be taken at the point of order, and please allow for an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks. Customised helmets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
