The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet has been specifically designed for racing drivers in closed cockpit environments who require a reliable radio communication system. This high-performance helmet incorporates state-of-the-art technology from the advanced HP7 helmet, including an ultra-lightweight and super strong carbon fibre shell with a wide visor aperture to provide an increased field of vision. Additionally, ventilation slots can be connected to external cooling systems if needed. The integrated radio communication system includes a ZeroNoise noise-cancelling microphone, coiled cable with a heavy-duty in-moulded male nexus connector, and RCA connector compatible with in-ear speaker systems like ZeroNoise or other brands. In-ear speakers are available for purchase separately. If extra noise reduction is required, ear cups can be purchased separately. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet also features a multi-density liner that provides maximum energy absorption and impact performance. Furthermore, side or top ports can be purchased separately to connect to air vents or external cooling systems. Extraction vents maximise cooling and airflow through the helmet. The factory-fitted FHR/HANS posts are supplied as original equipment. This helmet range includes a 55cm size, which is standard off-the-shelf with a grey interior colour. However, for an additional cost, you can customise your helmet interior lining colour to include White, Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Tan, Pink, Orange, or Neon Yellow. Please note that all helmets ordered with a customised interior lining colour are taken as special orders only and are non-returnable. A 100% deposit will be taken at the point of order, and an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks is expected for customised helmets. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet is supplied with a clear visor featuring anti-fog treatment for excellent visibility in all conditions without fogging. Additionally, it comes with a premium fleece-lined helmet bag to protect the helmet when not in use. Factory-installed FHR/HANS posts are supplied as original equipment and meet the FIA 8860-2018 approved standards. Note regarding sizing: This helmet range includes a size 61+, which is 0.5cm larger than a size 61.
