The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet has been specifically designed for racers competing in closed cockpit environments, providing a radio communication system integrated into the helmet's design. By incorporating advanced technology from the state-of-the-art HP7 helmet, this ultra-lightweight and super strong carbon fibre shell boasts a wide visor aperture for an increased field of vision and ventilation slots that can be connected to various external cooling systems. The multi-density liner provides maximum energy absorption and impact performance while offering unparalleled safety features. The side or top ports can be purchased separately for connection to air vents or external cooling systems, allowing for maximized cooling and airflow through the helmet. Factory-fitted FHR/HANS posts are supplied as original equipment. The integrated radio communication system features a ZeroNoise noise-cancelling microphone integral to the chin bar, a coiled cable with a heavy-duty in-moulded male nexus connector, an RCA connector compatible with in-ear speaker systems such as ZeroNoise or other brands. In-ear speakers are available for purchase separately. If extra noise reduction is required, ear cups can be purchased separately. For an additional cost, you can now customize your helmet's interior too. Standard off-the-shelf helmets come with a grey interior colour; however, optional colour choices include White, Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Tan, Pink, Orange, and Neon Yellow. Please note that all customized helmet orders are taken as special orders only and are non-returnable. A 100% deposit will be taken at the point of order, with an approximate lead time of 7-8 weeks for all customized helmets. The Bell HP6 RD Carbon helmet is supplied with a clear visor featuring anti-fog treatment for excellent visibility in all conditions without fogging. Additionally, a premium fleece-lined helmet bag is included to protect the helmet when not in use. Factory-installed FHR/HANS posts are provided as original equipment and meet FIA 8860-2018 approval standards. Note regarding sizing: This helmet range includes a 61+ size, which is 0.5cm larger than a size 61.
