The Davies Craig Digital Thermatic EWP/Fan Switch is a versatile and highly adaptable product designed to provide precise control over cooling fans or electric water pumps based on user-set temperature ranges. This innovative device features an adjustable temperature range of 40-110 deg C, which can be easily set via a button on the front of the unit. In situations where twin fan setups are used, the switch provides a 10-second delay between the first and second fans starting up, ensuring efficient and smooth operation. The digital thermatic EWP/Fan switch kit is available with different sensor options, including probe type or probe and thematic sensors. This allows for high flexibility and adaptability to various applications. The probe can be placed directly into the cooling system via the top radiator hose or fitted between the fins of the radiator for a simpler fitting solution. The thermatic (coolant temperature) sensor is designed to screw into a waterway in the engine or radiator, alternatively using a separately available adaptor. It's important to note that this switch is not designed to control pump speed when used with an electronic water pump. Instead, it will only switch the pump on and off. For controlling pump speed, the Davies Craig EWP/Digital fan controller is recommended. The kit includes: * Switch Unit * Mount Kit * Scotch Lock * Ring Terminal * Self-Tapping Screws * Wiring Connector * Probe sensor or probe and thematic sensors Dimensions: 95 x 65 x 56mm Suitable for 12V or 24V operation, but please note that the kit is sold in a 12-volt configuration. For 24-volt applications, you will need to replace the two relays with 24-volt units, which are not included in the kit.
