Douglas Wheel Technology Magnesium Kart Wheels - Front - 130mm, SE These high-performance magnesium kart wheel sets from Douglas Wheel Technology (DWT) are engineered to provide exceptional grip and handling capabilities. By reducing weight and improving heat management, they enable drivers to extract the most out of their karts. The wheels come supplied with stainless steel bead retaining screws and CIK/FIA approved lock nuts. The use of magnesium in these kart wheels allows for improved heat dissipation, which results in better grip and handling. This is achieved by reducing weight compared to traditional aluminium wheels, while maintaining high strength and durability. Additionally, the inclusion of stainless steel bead retaining screws ensures that the wheels are securely attached, providing an added layer of safety. The Douglas Wheel Technology range offers three types of magnesium kart wheels:

M-Series Classic: These spoked wheels are manufactured using portion-form technology to provide increased strength while reducing weight.
M-Series LV (Low Volume): The design of these wheels reduces the volume of gas in the tyre, resulting in lower initial tyre pressure and lower final tyre temperatures. This results in improved handling and stability.
M-Series SE: These non-vented wheels are equivalent to OTK magnesium wheels and provide exceptional performance.

All wheels are supplied individually, allowing drivers to customize their kart setup according to their specific needs.
