The Arai GP-7 SRC Carbon Helmet, crafted meticulously from lightweight yet robust hand-laid carbon fibre, is a testament to the brand's commitment to high-performance motorsport protection. Its innovative Super Racing Carbon (SRC) construction offers superior energy dissipation, as any flex in the outer shell is transferred to the multi-density inner shell for unparalleled impact absorption. This helmet's shell design accommodates an FHR device and fully meets the stringent FIA 8860-2018 safety standard, essential for numerous international racing series. The visor mechanism boasts a lever operation for easy use even within a single seater or while wearing gloves. The wider and deeper visor aperture offers enhanced visibility, and the 3mm compound curve visor is ready to be paired with tear-offs (sold separately). Adequate ventilation is ensured via five intake vents (two on the chin bar, three adjustable scoops) and two larger outlets on the crown, enhancing both comfort and clarity for the driver. The helmet includes the renowned Arai PED spoiler kit, HANS/FHR posts, and factory-supplied screws and hardware. The shell arrives in a clear finish, allowing for custom painting or lacquering to highlight the visible carbon weave. Please take note that no top vents are pre-installed (vent holes are left open). Each package comes with various ventilation options so drivers can tailor their setup according to driving position and individual preference. The following components are provided: Performance Enhancement Device (PED) kit (front and rear spoiler set), Screw Kit (4x Torx, 4x washer, 1x pressure plate set), Vent kit (7x Tear Duct, 2x TDF3, 1x XDB2), Post anchor set, and a Torx T20 screwdriver.
