The AEM Tru-BoostX Boost Controller Gauge is a cutting-edge device that seamlessly blends an electronic boost gauge with advanced controller functions. This sleek, black unit eliminates the need for an additional boost controller interface as it features control buttons right on the front of the gauge. As a precise boost gauge, this unit boasts a high-resolution LED sweep display and an easy-to-read digital readout. The display is fully customisable with your choice of PSI, BAR, or kPa units. The LED lighting encircling the dial provides additional visibility, while the automatic dimming function ensures optimal readability in varying light conditions. Programmable features abound on this gauge, including a user-settable over-boost alarm and an adjustable LED scale. The Tru-BoostX also offers two programmable modes and a timed scramble setting for dynamic boost control. With integrated automatic overboost protection, the unit will disable boost when a predetermined threshold is reached to protect your engine from damage. Data logging capabilities are built into this gauge, utilising AEM's own AEMnet interface for easy data analysis and storage. The Tru-BoostX logs peak boost values for later evaluation. The gauge itself measures 52mm in diameter and just 5mm in depth, with a deep-dish design that adds visual appeal. The boost control solenoid supplied is specifically designed for automotive applications and resists corrosion or sticking due to exposure to fuel and oil vapour. The unit has been pressure tested up to 100 psi and features barbed fittings and a -4AN fitting to prevent leaks.
