The Remus Non-Resonant 2.76" Cat Back Exhaust System offers a comprehensive upgrade to your car's exhaust system, replacing the restrictive factory pipes with high-performance components that enhance power delivery and produce a distinctive sound. This exhaust system replaces roughly half of the original exhaust system, starting from the catalytic converter, providing an immediate improvement in performance and sound. The upgraded pipework features larger bore, smoother flowing pipes, reducing back-pressure and increasing flow rates. This results in measurable gains in power, especially on turbo-charged engines where reduced restriction is crucial for efficient turbo operation. The improved pipework design reduces turbulence, ensuring a smoother flow of exhaust gases. In addition to the pipework upgrade, the Remus Cat Back Exhaust System replaces the factory silencers with carefully tuned items, producing a distinctive sound that enthusiasts will love. With the original catalytic converters remaining in place, this system is fully compatible with stock or stage 1 software and is road-legal in most areas. The exhausts are finely engineered from T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium, offering lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and excellent sound transmission properties. The Remus system is designed to fit directly onto the car, featuring an outstanding fit and finish. TUV certification is available for almost all Remus exhausts. As part of this upgrade package, you'll receive a remote control valve system, allowing you to control the exhaust valves from within your car. This system accommodates the original equipment exhaust systems valves as controlled by the car's ECU, typically for "sports-mode" functionality or similar. The back-box features a mounting point for the original valve system. The Remus Cat Back Exhaust System is an excellent all-around upgrade for your car, offering noticeable power gains, improved sound, and a distinctive look that sets you apart from the crowd.
