The Revo Mono-4/mono-6 Big Brake Kit replaces your factory brake calipers, discs, and pads with larger, higher-performing components. The Alcon monoblock aluminium calipers ensure minimal flex, providing optimal control and braking feel. Their lightweight yet rigid T6061 construction allows for excellent performance. The kit features cresent grooved two-piece floating discs, which are essential for heavy, prolonged braking. The floating disc design separates the rotor and hub, allowing the rotor to expand outward with heat without warping. The crescent grooves on the disc surface provide numerous benefits, including cleaning the surface of the pad and allowing superheated gas to escape. Ferodo's DS Performance Compound is used for the brake pads, providing outstanding road use characteristics while retaining many features from their track pads. These pads have a high friction coefficient, excellent heat resistance, and offer superior cold performance right from the first push of the pedal on a cold morning. They also wear easier on discs and don't transfer too much heat to the caliper. For extensive track use, more track-focused Pagid pads are available as an option.
