Prisma Electronics Digital Tyre Pyrometer / Logger - Probe Sensor

The Prisma Electronics Digital Tyre Pyrometer is designed specifically for motorsport enthusiasts, providing an accurate method for measuring and storing tyre temperatures. This advanced tool offers three temperature readings for each tyre (outer, middle, and inner), allowing you to make informed setup adjustments. With a capacity to store 14 temperature points per session, including track temperature and air temperature, this device can store up to 50 sessions. The readings are accurate to +/- 1 degree Celsius, with the option to switch between degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. The digital tyre pyrometer comes with two sensor options: the K-type probe inserts into the tyre surface, with a maximum temperature of 200 deg C; or the high-temperature probe (1000 deg C) available for separate purchase. Alternatively, the infrared sensor accurately measures the tyre surface temperature, featuring a view finder that allows you to pinpoint the exact point of the temperature reading, with a maximum temperature of 380 deg C. In addition to recording tyre temperatures, this pyrometer also captures ambient temperature and track temperature data, along with the time and date for a comprehensive record of each session. The easy-to-read display features a backlight and is equipped with an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts the screen brightness for optimal viewing. Designed to withstand the rigors of motorsport use, the device is water and dust-resistant to IP55, making it ideal for demanding environments.
