The Cartek Power Distribution Panel - 8 Channel is a highly integrated, fully electronic solution designed to replace the traditional fuses, relays, and switches found in race and rally cars. The Cartek Power Distribution Panel takes power directly from the battery, distributing it to all electrical systems around the car. The 8 power outputs are controlled from the front panel push buttons or external switches and inputs. Each of the 8 power outputs is fully protected with 6 selectable current settings, completely eliminating the need for fuses or circuit breakers. The Cartek Power Distribution Panel offers a range of user-configurable channels, allowing you to select from eight different options. You can combine two channels together for 20, 25, or 30 amps, and each channel has a selectable function from a choice of momentary action, latching (with memory), latching (without memory), latching with time delay, flashing, or toggling. The Cartek Power Distribution Panel provides over current and short circuit protection, eliminating the need for fuses or relays. The panel features one battery isolator XR input, allowing the battery Isolator XR to shut down the Power Distribution Panel. Additionally, there are eight momentary switch inputs, allowing any channel to be operated by an additional switch or the Cartek wireless control system. The panel also includes eight ECU inputs, allowing the ECU to run on channels such as fuel pumps. Furthermore, there are four dedicated function inputs, including a flash input for lights and a wash input for wipers, among others. Unlike most power distribution modules on the market, the Cartek Power Distribution Panel does not require a laptop to program its configuration. Pre-set options for functionality and current settings can be chosen through a simple process via the switch panel, saving time and labour costs. The Cartek Power Distribution Panel measures W140mm x H145mm and weighs 450g. You have the option to purchase pre-crimped or loose crimped connector kits separately, making installation easier.
