These earmuffs are not fitted with speakers, as they are not permitted on the circuit. Instead, communication is carried out through ear plugs. The helmet's weight ranges from 1180g to 1230g for small and large shells, respectively, plus or minus 30g. The WRC DES helmet boasts an adjustable microphone boom/holder that allows for easy adjustments of the microphone position. This feature ensures a clear connection to the intercom or radio system. The integrated plug is positioned away from the HANS posts, making it easier to connect the jack to the intercom or radio.
