The Milltek Non-Resonated 2.26" Exhaust Back Box Delete replaces the stock catalytic converter with a high-performance sports catalytic converter, enhancing power output and improving exhaust flow. Most standard catalytic converters have a restrictive 400 or 600 cell per square inch (CPSI) substrate, which hinders performance. By upgrading to a Milltek Sports Cat with a superior 100 or 200 CPSI substrate, you significantly increase the open area and enable more efficient exhaust gas flow. This replacement is crucial for higher stage upgrades and typically requires a remap for optimised engine performance.
