The SHR Flex from Schroth features a unique design that caters to all types of race car seat reclines, making it an ideal choice for drivers with more than one type of car. Manufactured from high-strength carbon-reinforced material, the SHR Flex provides superior levels of comfort and protection. Its adjustable recline accommodates various seating positions, allowing drivers to move seamlessly between saloon and GT cars to laid-back single seaters. The device's 'Twist Anchor' fastening system is designed for ease of use, making it simpler to clip and unclipping the SHR Flex. The adjustable angle feature allows for a smoother loading experience, providing the correct collar angle in the event of an impact. The floating tethers enable a free range of movement from left to right, offering extra side support. For added comfort, the SHR Flex has eliminated traditional gel pads beneath its legs in favour of moulded-in padding, resulting in a more solid feel between the device and harness without any movement. The belt retention system on the wings prevents the harness shoulder straps from sliding off the sides, providing additional support during secondary impacts. The Slip-Stop system on the lower legs assists with belt retention for off-road and rally sport competitors, further enhancing the SHR Flex's performance. This FHR device is supplied complete with specific SHR Flex Helmet Hardware (hellet fixing posts), ensuring a correct fitment of the FHR device to the driver's helmet. The SHR Flex is available in two sizes: Medium (up to 16.5" or 42cm collar size) and Large (above 16.5" or 42cm collar size). Note that the SHR Flex is SFI 38.1 approved only, and it is NOT FIA approved. The device weighs 850g. Important note: The FHR device comes with a pair of helmet clips (posts) that MUST be fitted to your helmet to allow correct fitment of the FHR device. The FHR device WILL NOT connect to other types of helmet clip.
