Schroth XLT FHR Device - 20º Medium

The Schroth XLT FHR device, constructed from carbon fibre, has been designed to be incredibly lightweight while maintaining super strong safety features. With a new design, this medium-sized (20) device weighs only 464g (approximately 650g including padding and tethers), which is an impressive 25% reduction compared to the previous Carbon Pro model. One of its key features is the innovative 'Twist Anchor' fastening system, making it easier to clip and unclip. This FHR device is suitable for use in saloon/GT applications or most formula and sports cars where the seating position is more reclined. The medium size (15"-18.5" or 38-47cm collar size) is ideal for most applications. The FIA 8858-2010 Approved FHR device comes with a pair of helmet clips (posts) that must be fitted to your helmet to ensure the correct fitment of the device. Note that these clips are specifically designed for use with this FHR device and will not connect to other types of helmet clip. For competitors participating in Motorsport UK-sanctioned events, it is essential to follow the guidelines regarding FHRs: all stage rally competitors must use an FHR, and circuit racing drivers in post 1976 cars must use an FHR. For pre-1977 cars, an FHR is highly recommended. Demon Tweeks recommends using harnesses with 2/3" or 2" wide shoulder straps to provide the best fit with all FHRs.
